The Crown Commercial Service has started the bidding to establish a panel of suppliers to deliver modular buildings for the public sector.

The new ‘uber’ framework for modular buildings is being split into seven lots, including design and build of specialist education and healthcare modules as well as other public sector building.

Half of the lots in the new framework will also cover hire only arrangements.

The new panel will be appointed from March next year.
