NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is starting the preliminary market engagement process for the next round of its Public Sector Construction Works framework.
The 2nd generation of the framework will be worth around £900m.
The current deal contains a host of big name contractors and regional players covering new builds, refurbishments and associated mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and services works.
The existing four-year framework expires in October 2027 and the new deal will be divided into lots covering minor,intermediate and major works.
NHS SBS is now refining its procurement strategy for the new deal and wants to talk to interested contractors.
Companies wishing to participate in the preliminary market engagement should complete the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire (PMEQ) here by Thursday 13th November 2025.
