Procure Plus has named more than 100 firms to a new four-year, £1.6bn framework to deliver low and zero-carbon upgrades across social housing and public buildings.
The deal covers retrofit assessment, design, coordination, and installation of heat pumps, solar PV, insulation, ventilation and battery storage across 16 regional and technology-specific lots running to 2029.
Firms on the framework will work with housing associations, councils and public bodies to support decarbonisation goals and boost local employment and training.
