Heim Global Investor and McLaren Living have appointed Winvic to deliver Oasis – a 456-home Build-to-Rent development on Kent Street in Birmingham.
The £130m scheme is being forward funded by investor Heim with McLaren Living acting as developer.
Heim and McLaren Living first partnered on Water Lane in the South Bank regeneration area of Leeds where the 375-home Build-to-Rent development is being built by HG Construction and due to complete in 2027.
Oasis will consist of one- and two-bedroom homes within an 11-storey building, along with a gym, residents’ lounge, and co-working space.
The job is due for completion in 2029.
