Hampshire County Council is preparing to hold a bidders day for its fourth generation framework for\u00a0highways infrastructure and civil engineering work across the South of England.<\/p>\n

An estimated \u00a3630m pipeline of works from 2020-2024 will be split between three separate frameworks covering different project value bands.<\/p>\n

Firms will mainly be engaged with highways related projects although the framework will also be available for rail, river and sea defence and airport work.<\/p>\n

Framework 1 will cover small projects up to \u00a3250,000 in\u00a0Hampshire, including the cities of Southampton and Portsmouth.<\/p>\n

Framework 2 will consist of a panel of a dozen firms for medium-sized\u00a0project of \u00a350,000 to \u00a318m.<\/p>\n

This will be split into two regional lots covering\u00a0South East of England and the South West.<\/p>\n

While framework\u00a03 will be used for more complex and large-scale projects worth between \u00a315m and \u00a3150m, again split into two regional lots.<\/p>\n

The preliminary supplier engagement event is to be held on 18 January in Winchester.<\/p>\n
