{"id":1133,"date":"2018-12-05T07:26:10","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T07:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=1133"},"modified":"2018-12-05T07:26:10","modified_gmt":"2018-12-05T07:26:10","slug":"fusion21-starts-hunt-for-800m-building-framework-partners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/fusion21-starts-hunt-for-800m-building-framework-partners\/","title":{"rendered":"Fusion21 starts hunt for \u00a3800m building framework partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Procurement specialist Fusion21 has launched national Construction Works &amp; Improvements Framework, worth up to \u00a3800m over four years.<\/p>\n<p>The new expanded framework will be split into two primary work channels, one for refurbishment and the other design and construct works.<\/p>\n<p>Each will be alotted between building types covering housing, education, health and Blue Light projects with two project value bands for each sector.<\/p>\n<div class=\"break-out-box\">\n<h3>Construction Works &amp; Improvements Framework<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Housing: ( Refurbishment \u2013 up to \u00a35m and over \u00a35m); (Design and build \u2013 up to \u00a35m, and over \u00a35m)<\/li>\n<li>Education: (Refurbishment \u2013 up to \u00a32m, over \u00a32m); (Design and build \u2013 up to \u00a35m, and over \u00a35m)<\/li>\n<li>Health:(Refurbishment \u2013 up to \u00a32m, over \u00a32m) ; (Design and build \u2013 up to \u00a35m, and over \u00a35m)<\/li>\n<li>Blue Light and Wider Public Sector:(Refurbishment \u2013 up to \u00a32m, over \u00a32m); (Design and build \u2013 up to \u00a35m, and over \u00a35m)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>Fusion is targeting a mix of both local and national supply partners with firms turning over more than \u00a35m eligible to bid.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Francis, director of operations at Fusion21 said: \u201cWe are expanding our procurement portfolio as a response to member and market demand, creating a capital works solution that is commercially efficient, clear; transparent and delivers value for money.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSet for launch in April 2019, the framework will offer Fusion21 members streamlined price models, social value outcomes and flexible call-off process \u2013 including the option for early supplier engagement.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tender documentation is now available on the mytenders web portal \u2013 under Notice ID DEC156021.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The submission deadline is 28 January 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>from Construction Enquirer https:\/\/ift.tt\/2EgJLeL<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Procurement specialist Fusion21 has launched national Construction Works &amp; Improvements Framework, worth up to \u00a3800m over four years.
