Willmott Dixon is asking hundreds of its suppliers to sign-up with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.<\/p>\n

Registering with the CCS will cost subcontractors between \u00a3279 and \u00a32,337 a year depending on their annual turnover.<\/p>\n

Willmott Dixon wants all of its 600 Category A supply chain partners to join its new Category A Plus<\/em> programme – a key requirement of this is that they register with the CCS.<\/p>\n

Those 600 firms currently account for 85% of Willmott Dixon\u2019s total supply chain spend.<\/p>\n

The Enquirer<\/em> understands around 60 have already registered with the CCS and Willmott Dixon hopes that number will pass 220 by the end of this year.<\/p>\n

Group Chief Executive, Rick Willmott said: \u201cBy working with an exceptional supply chain, we can deliver to the highest quality for our customers and it is a natural step to encourage our Category A Plus<\/em> suppliers to be registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which has served our industry so well in supporting good relations within the communities where we build our projects.\u201d<\/p>\n
