Kier’s former construction and infrastructure services director Nigel Brook has joined Robertson construction to expand its southern operations.<\/p>\n
As managing\u00a0director of Robertson Construction South business, he will strategically grow its\u00a0reach in\u00a0<\/span>selected markets throughout England and Wales. <\/span><\/p>\n Brook will develop Robertson’s relationships,\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0transforming business strategy to deliver ambitious profitable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n \n He was one of two heavyweight directors to exit Kier in a boardroom shake-up five months ago, as former investment banker and corporate development director Claudio Veritiero, was promoted to the new role of chief operating officer.<\/p>\n Brook had spent 10 years at Kier rising from managing director of the northern business to head of constructi0n and infrastructure services.<\/p>\n \n His colleague Nigel Turner who enjoyed 21 years\u2019 service at Kier, has also taken up a new senior role in construction.<\/p>\n Retirement homes specialist McCarthy & Stone appointed Turner as one of two chief operating officers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n He also took\u00a0up the role at the start of New Year overseeing the group\u2019s building operations.<\/p>\n \n\n![](\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Constructionline-MeetTheBuyer-295x245-v4.gif\"\/)
