{"id":2025,"date":"2019-01-14T12:02:05","date_gmt":"2019-01-14T12:02:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=2025"},"modified":"2019-01-14T12:02:05","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T12:02:05","slug":"mace-confirmed-for-350m-paddington-cube","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/mace-confirmed-for-350m-paddington-cube\/","title":{"rendered":"Mace confirmed for \u00a3350m Paddington Cube"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Great Western Developments and development partner Sellar have confirmed Mace as the main construction partner to deliver the Paddington Cube project in London.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_134501\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Paddington-Cube-close-up-night-lr.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-134501 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Paddington-Cube-close-up-night-lr.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1875\" height=\"2500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Paddington Cube will feature four levels of retail and restaurant space and a roof-top restaurant and viewing gallery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the 360,000 sq ft Paddington Cube would sit on a three storey podium 12m above 1.35 acres of newly created public realm.<\/p>\n<p>The Bakerloo line Tube station will undergo a rebuild as part of a \u00a365m investment in transport and public realm on the Pasddington Square development valued at around \u00a3850m when completed in three years time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"216017\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.conquest.ltd.uk%2Fq-500%2F%3Futm_campaign%3DQ_500%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_source%3Dconstruction_enquirer\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Noticeboard-Advert-Con Enq (2).gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>WSP are the structure and M&amp;E consultant on the project, with Gardiner &amp;
