<\/a><\/p>\nLeeds proposals include replacing the current outdated 1930s and 1980s buildings with a new apart-hotel<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
In its home city of Leeds, the developer is working with the city council to deliver a\u00a0126 aparthotel units\u00a0at George\u00a0Street on a site that sits between Kirkgate Market and Victoria\u00a0Gate<\/p>\n
as well as nine ground floor units for a range of commercial uses, including retailing, caf\u00e9s and restaurants, bars or takeaways.<\/p>\n
It confirmed work will now get underway this year.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n100,000sq ft building Eider House will comprise of 128 luxury homes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
While in Manchester\u00a0,it will also start work on Eider House, a\u00a0128 private rental flats scheme to be built at a site on Ducie Street in Piccadilly Basin.<\/p>\n
Eider House will consist of two linked eight-to-ten storey buildings and include a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats, two duplex and nine townhouses.<\/p>\n
Earlier this month TCS also\u00a0submitted plans for a 17-storey office and retail tower at the Merrion Centre in Leeds.<\/p>\n
The new tower would be built near the existing 12-storey Wade House and forms part of wider plans for the phased redevelopment and refurbishment of the Merrion Centre to make it a mixed-use destination.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe proposed new building will sit above the Home Bargains store and offer 170,000 sq ft of offices over 16 levels.<\/p>\n
