Construction is set to start this month on a 26-storey resi tower in the centre of Bristol.<\/p>\n

Bouygues is main contractor on the job for its development arm Linkcity.<\/p>\n

Linkcity has signed agreements with Homes England, Bristol City Council, M&G Real Estate and Yarlington Housing Group to deliver the 180,000 sq ft scheme which will be known as Castle Park View.<\/p>\n

The scheme will contain 300 apartments for private rent and 75 affordable homes.<\/p>\n

Completion on the tower designed by architects Chapman Taylor is scheduled for 2022.<\/p>\n

Linkcity\u2019s Managing Director, Nicolas Gu\u00e9rin, said: \u201cReaching financial close on this fantastic city-centre project is a great achievement for Linkcity, paving the way for the regeneration of a brownfield site into high-quality new homes for Bristol.<\/p>\n
