SD Sealants\u2019 tiling department has won a \u00a3250,000 package on a Cala homes site in Gloucestershire.<\/p>\n
The 59 Lansdown project is a new residential development in Cheltenham Spa.<\/p>\n
SD Sealants will be carrying out extensive tiling work across Lansdown\u2019s 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 25 three and five-bedroom villas which are expected to cost around \u00a31m.<\/p>\n
Andre Hunt, Tiling Division Manager at SD Sealants, said: \u201cWe are delighted that Cala Homes has awarded the SD tiling division this prestigious project.<\/p>\n
“The development is set to be an incredibly unique and impressive collection of million-pound homes and we\u2019re looking forward to working on them and seeing them take shape over the coming months.\u201d<\/p>\n
