{"id":2668,"date":"2019-02-04T09:20:33","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T09:20:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=2668"},"modified":"2019-02-04T09:20:33","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T09:20:33","slug":"green-light-for-landmark-london-office-job","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/green-light-for-landmark-london-office-job\/","title":{"rendered":"Green light for landmark London office job"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plans for a landmark 13-storey office building in\u00a0mid-west London near the new Crossrail Farringdon Station have been given the go-ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Greycoat Real Estate is the development manager for the new Stonecutter Court project to build a major HQ building.<\/p>\n<p>The project site lies close to the new Goldman Sachs building in a area of London that is booming because of its strong transport links.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"165577\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.haki.com%2Fproduct%2Fhaki-stair-towers%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CE_HAKI-MPU_SEPT18.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The 350,000 sq ft schemes has been designed by T P Bennett and will\u00a0involve\u00a0demolition of 1 Stonecutter Street and 81 Farringdon Street.<\/p>\n<p>The successful contractor will also carry out associated works to retain the Hoop and Grapes pub on the site.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DyP4V0tX4AItX7T.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-286480 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DyP4V0tX4AItX7T.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Consultant Hoare Lea is on board as M&amp;E consultant and Pell Frischmann is providing structural designs.
