Winvic Construction has secured its second major built-to-rent project in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.<\/p>\n

The contractor is due start works in June on the 14-storey Lionel House project, which will offer 259 managed flats when complete in 2021.<\/p>\n

It brings the total number of multi-room beds that Winvic has been contracted for and completed to 7,183.<\/p>\n

Joint developers Stamford Property Investments and Aberdeen Standard Investments are funding the rented flats complex.<\/p>\n

Mark Jones, Winvic\u2019s Director of Multi-room, said: \u201cAnother contract win in Birmingham\u2019s Jewellery Quarter brings our total current multi-room projects to eight, and we always feel fortunate to work with new clients who have recognised our enthusiasm and expertise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matt Horne of Stamford Property Investments said: \u201cWhile this is our third development in Birmingham, it is the first time we have worked with Winvic.<\/p>\n
