Assets for the \u00a3150m Assembly Bristol mixed-use regeneration scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Work is starting on the \u00a350m Building A, the first of three potential buildings across the waterside development, which will consist of 200,000 sqft of office and retail space.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"95430\" feature express painted steelwork on both the exterior and interior of the buildings<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The building includes range of flexible office spaces designed for both local and global businesses in the services, creative, consultancy, financial, media and technology sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"128602\" completed at the same time as a major new waterfront public space, which will be home to a rolling programme of events, public art and outdoor green places and connections by waterfront walkway to the Allford Hall Monaghan Morris drew up the scheme with Hoare Lea supporting building services and Arup structural elements<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Galliford Try previously worked with Bell Hammer at the award-winning Forbury Place development in Reading.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Simon Burton, managing director of Building West Midlands and South West, said: \u201cThe Assembly Bristol development is one of the most prestigious projects in the city centre and the wider region.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu
