The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair will form part of a mixed-use development at 22 Hanover Square housed within a striking\u00a0multi-level building designed by architects Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners.<\/p>\n
Employing an innovative exoskeletal steel frame, to produce a vierendeel structure around the perimeter of the scheme’s linked, nine and 11 storey buildings, the design will eliminate the developments need for a central reinforced concrete core.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe buildings will be joined via a translucent glass connecting core, housing panoramic lifts, glazed walkways and a feature steel staircase, providing future residents and guests access to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel\u2019s facilities.<\/p>\n
