Subcontractors are understood to be downing tools on Dawnus sites.<\/p>\n

The Enquirer<\/em> has been contacted by a number of firms concerned about their contracts with Dawnus.<\/p>\n

Dawnus hit the headlines yesterday when a subcontractor blocked a Manchester road following a pay row <\/a>with them.<\/p>\n

Subcontractors have now told the Enquirer<\/em> that work has stopped on other sites.<\/p>\n

No directors were available to comment on the situation when the Enquirer<\/em> contacted the company’s Swansea headquarters.<\/p>\n

Dawnus Construction reported a pre-tax loss of \u00a31.2m in its latest filed accounts for 2017 on a turnover of \u00a3119m.<\/p>\n

During the same period Dawnus Group made a pre-tax loss of \u00a31.3m on a turnover of \u00a3170m<\/p>\n

The accounts show Dawnus Group employed 765 staff.<\/p>\n
