{"id":3970,"date":"2019-03-13T16:10:46","date_gmt":"2019-03-13T16:10:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=3970"},"modified":"2019-03-13T16:10:46","modified_gmt":"2019-03-13T16:10:46","slug":"250m-mixed-use-scheme-unveiled-for-wolverhampton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/250m-mixed-use-scheme-unveiled-for-wolverhampton\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a3250m mixed-use scheme unveiled for Wolverhampton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plans for a major \u00a3250m mixed use scheme in Wolverhampton were unveiled at MIPIM on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Brewers Yard scheme is proposed for ten acres of brownfield land neighbouring University of Wolverhampton\u2019s Springfield Campus.<\/p>\n<p>It will see a mixture of 1,100 city houses and apartments, and 60,000 sq ft of new retail and commercial space, designed by Glancy Nicholls Architects.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"94467\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sapabuildingsystem.com%2Fen%2Fuk%2F%3Futm_source%3DCE%26utm_medium%3DBanner%26utm_campaign%3DBrand_Awareness%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CE-Sapa-v1-1017.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The scheme is aiming to deliver high-quality, affordable living in what will be some of City of Wolverhampton\u2019s tallest towers.
