Court Collaboration in partnership with Torsion Developments has submitted a planning application for a \u00a365m two-tower block development in Leeds.<\/p>\n

Local contractor Torsion Group has worked closely with the developers as their construction partner for the build to rent scheme.<\/p>\n

The 18 and 22 storey tower blocks will contain 349 apartments on the former Alton Cars showroom site on Saxton Lane, Leeds.<\/p>\n

Planning consent is due at the end of May 2019 with a start on-site programmed for late summer 2019.<\/p>\n

Local Leeds based Architects Den Architecture and Structural Engineer CWA form part of Torsion\u2019s design team on the project which is due for completion in late summer of 2021.<\/p>\n

Torsion Group Managing Director Gary Walton said \u201cTorsion is delighted to have been selected as the main contractor for the delivery of these two residential tower blocks in the heart of Leeds.<\/p>\n

Court Collaboration Managing Director Alex Neale said \u201cUrban growth in Leeds is amongst the strongest in the UK, and it\u2019s an area currently enjoying substantial investment and economic growth.<\/p>\n
