Student\u00a0accommodation developer, Alumno Developments, is in talks with John Sisk & Son to revamp part of the Park Hill Estate in Sheffield.<\/p>\n

The third phase of the regeneration plan for the large grade II listed estate will see existing\u00a0flats converted into\u00a0350 student bedrooms for occupation in the 2020\/21 academic year.<\/p>\n

The proposals for the block\u00a0to the north of Talbot Street also include the potential for ground-floor shops or gym.<\/p>\n

Phase 3 student plan for Park Hill Estate redevelopment<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This space will be managed by Urban Splash and forms part of the Park Hill masterplan vision.<\/p>\n

David Campbell, Managing Director of Alumno Developments said: “Park Hill has played an important role in Sheffield\u2019s past, and is an amazing historical structure.<\/p>\n
