Graham has been selected to deliver a technology and creative industries building at Oxford Brookes University\u2019s Headington Campus.<\/p>\n

Graham will construct the\u00a0new\u00a0 \u2018making hub\u2019 for the University\u2019s Faculty of Technology, Design and Environment.<\/p>\n

Work will start next month on 64-week programme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The \u00a318m contract was secured through a framework to support the delivery of the University’s 10-year estate investment plan, worth \u00a3220m.<\/p>\n

Sitting to the east of Headington Hill Hall, within the protected Headington Hill Conservation Area, the new structure will replace the existing Helena Kennedy building.<\/p>\n

Graham\u2019s London office director, Rob Joyce said: \u201cThe construction of the new technology building forms part of Oxford Brookes University\u2019s vision to deliver new and exciting spaces fit for learning, innovation and technical making skills.<\/p>\n

“Construction of the new building will support the University\u2019s withdrawal from the Wheatley Campus and bring forward high-quality facilities for academic use.\u201d<\/p>\n
