A new division launched by fit-out specialist Structure Tone London has landed its first major contract.<\/p>\n

The Detail & Build division was launched last month to offer rapid and agile delivery on Cat A and Cat B fit-out jobs that have been designed to RIBA stages 2-3.<\/p>\n

The first win is at Heron House in High Holborn where Structure Tone has secured a \u00a31.8m deal from new owner Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd.<\/p>\n

Ivan Phua, Project Manager at Hoi Hup said \u201cWe are very pleased to appoint Structure Tone as the fit-out contractors for our recently acquired property 322 High Holborn.<\/p>\n

“This is a hugely exciting investment for the firm and we look forward to working with Structure Tone and their new Detail & Build team.\u201d<\/p>\n

Works are due to start this week and last for four months upgrading the building.<\/p>\n

Structure Tone\u2019s Project Executive for Detail & Build, Richard Howard, said \u201cWe are very excited to have secured the detail and build of the landlord area refurbishment works at Heron House.<\/p>\n
