{"id":4980,"date":"2019-04-16T07:27:25","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T07:27:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=4980"},"modified":"2019-04-16T07:27:25","modified_gmt":"2019-04-16T07:27:25","slug":"walter-lilly-wins-55m-london-medical-hq-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/walter-lilly-wins-55m-london-medical-hq-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Walter Lilly wins \u00a355m London medical HQ project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The specialist building arm of the Renew Group, Walter Lilly has secured a pre-construction services agreement for\u00a0a \u00a355m headquarters project for the London Institute of Medical Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>Hawkins Brown designed building project in London&#8217;s Shepherd\u2019s Bush was procured as a two-stage tender.<\/p>\n<p>Bam, Kier and Sisk were among the rivals that bid the project Medical Research Council and UK\u00a0Shared Business Services project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"93789\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.constructionline.co.uk%2Fevents%2F\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Constructionline-MTB-GIF.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The 10,500m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0building will be located at Hammersmith Hospital in White City and will feature containment level 2 laboratories, in-vitro imaging areas and core biotechnology services facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The project client team also includes Buro Happold and Turner and Townsend.
