Wates Construction has been appointed by London residential developer Anthology to build a 32-storey tower in Tottenham Hale.<\/p>\n

The contract valued at \u00a382m will see Wates deliver the Haringey project, which forms part of the Hale Village regeneration.<\/p>\n

The 107m tall scheme, which will be the fourth Anthology development in construction, will be a mix of private and affordable homes with the ground floor of the tower offering 12,500 sq ft of mixed commercial space.<\/p>\n

Anthology\u2019s Hale Works project forms the final piece of the Hale Village masterplan, an eleven phase mixed-use re-development delivering over 1,200 homes (over 50% affordable) provide the local community with new retail and leisure facilities, as well as delivering an enhanced public realm. <\/p>\n

Building work has just commenced with completion of the tower expected by spring of 2021.<\/p>\n
