{"id":5350,"date":"2025-05-12T10:46:52","date_gmt":"2025-05-12T10:46:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=5350"},"modified":"2025-05-12T10:46:52","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T10:46:52","slug":"midgard-lands-145m-deal-to-build-edition-birmingham","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/midgard-lands-145m-deal-to-build-edition-birmingham\/","title":{"rendered":"Midgard lands \u00a3145m deal to build Edition Birmingham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">Midgard has been confirmed as contractor on the Edition Birmingham residential scheme under a \u00a3145m deal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Construction will start shortly on the scheme for developers Court Collaboration and Select Property to build 581-homes with phase one expected to be completed in 2027.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Edition Birmingham will sit adjacent to Centenary Square in the heart of the city containing apartments split between two connected towers &#8211; the 46-storey Centenary Tower and Park Residence at 15 storey.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"493441\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dsmcls.co.uk%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSM LOOPER.GIF\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">JRL Group company\u00a0Midgard will use modular construction methods to increase the delivery speed of Edition Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alex Neale, CEO of Court Collaboration, said: \u201cEdition Birmingham is visually stunning and will be built to the very highest standards of safety and quality. We\u2019re very pleased to have Midgard on board as our contractor and we can now look forward to breaking ground and bringing this world-class development to Birmingham.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kevin Keegan, Director of JRL Group and Midgard, added: &#8220;We are delighted to be entrusted with delivering another major project in Birmingham.
