A decision on detailed plans for the first 879 units is also expected in the second half of 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1065\">The third key site is in Lewisham, south-east London, where a masterplan covering up to 2,800 homes \u2013 including student and co-living accommodation \u2013 is awaiting planning sign-off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1213\">Landsec aims to recycle \u00a33bn of capital out of offices and non-core assets to fund the residential push and a further \u00a31bn of retail acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"468489\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.flanneryplanthire.com%2Fplant-operator-training%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/flannery.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1480\">Chief executive Mark Allan said: \u201cOur capital allocation decisions from here are about ensuring that the growth outlook for our portfolio in 3-5 years&#8217;
