United Living Group has acquired \u00a322m-turnover civil engineering contractor Peter Duffy Ltd.<\/p>\n

The Wakefield based firm specialises in water infrastructure and will become part of United Living\u2019s Infrastructure Services division.<\/p>\n

Peter Duffy Ltd has been trading since 1972 and employs 135 staff.<\/p>\n
