SHJ Medical & Lab Gas Specialists, a leading supplier of medical and lab gas pipeline systems and\u00a0 services recently offered a swift solution to United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH),\u00a0 when their previous supplier went into administration.<\/p>\n
Faced with a critical timeline, SHJ was able to provide a complete solution within a two-week timeframe, from initial quote to commissioning of medical and surgical air plant.<\/p>\n
Prior to the install, essential repairs were undertaken to fix a leaky medical air valve, so that the\u00a0 system could run on cylinders during the installation, ensuring uninterrupted supply of medical and\u00a0 surgical air. SHJ also met with the electrical team working on site so that all electrics were prepped in\u00a0 advance, ensuring a seamless delivery of services.<\/p>\n
The plant was manufactured, commissioned and tested in-house at SHJ\u2019s Head Office site and\u00a0 delivered using SHJ\u2019s own HGV lorry, eliminating the need for reliance on any 3rd party suppliers.<\/p>\n
