A second 23-storey tower on Bridgewater Street will add 133 affordable homes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"810\">The revised decision came after late objections from music venue Rebellion and events centre Manchester Central, which raised concerns over future noise complaints from residents.
