United Living Group has acquired a majority stake in civils and site power distribution specialist Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions.<\/p>\n

Glenelly is headquartered in Hemel Hempstead, and has been trading since 2016 with around 50 employees.<\/p>\n

The move marks United Living\u2019s second strategic expansion in the power infrastructure sector following the purchase of leading power distribution and street lighting contractor Jones in March 2025.<\/p>\n
