Twenty-seven firms have secured places on the Government\u2019s next-generation modular building framework.<\/p>\n

The four-year framework for public sector clients encompasses both permanent and rental modular solutions.<\/p>\n

It will be used for schools and healthcare jobs as well as residential newly introduced in the third iteration of the framework.<\/p>\n

The lotting structure for the NHS SBS, which includes local authorities, sees the introduction of residential for the first time, while a specialised kitchen lot is dropped.<\/p>\n

The previous generation framework being replaced saw 9 firms drop out or collapse from the original lineup.<\/p>\n
