Hampshire County Council has fired the starting gun on a \u00a3150m minor works framework covering building fabric and M&E jobs across the south.<\/p>\n

The new four-year framework replaces the current deal due to expire in early 2026 and will run until January 2030, offering work to over 50 firms across seven lots.<\/p>\n

The council will us the framework to streamline procurement on low-value works with a mix of direct awards on rotation and mini-competitions.<\/p>\n

Jobs will range from under \u00a3250k refurbishments to multi-site window replacements, school recladding and boiler upgrades. A single supplier will be appointed to deliver all SCOLA recladding projects across the region.<\/p>\n

Public sector bodies across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight can use the framework.<\/p>\n
