High-end London builder Knight Harwood has boosted operating margins as pre-tax profit climbed to \u00a38.6m on revenue of \u00a3140m.<\/p>\n

The contractor saw turnover dip from \u00a3157m in 2023, but sharper project delivery and careful cost control lifted margins from 3.2% to 4.9%, reinforcing the group’s resilient model.<\/p>\n

Knight Harwood rejigged its leadership last year, with John Knight becoming chairman, Oliver Driscoll stepping up to managing director, and Charlie Everett promoted to finance director.<\/p>\n

Former ISG directors John Knight and Ian Harwood founded Knight Harwood in 2005.<\/p>\n

Staff numbers held steady at 140 throughout the year with major schemes for Chanel\u2019s 100,000 sq ft Mayfair HQ, high-end flats for Derwent London and Native Land, and luxury homes in the Chilterns.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, Knight Harwood has secured \u00a3140m of turnover for 2025 with a healthy pipeline developing into 2026.<\/p>\n

Live and upcoming projects include the Hurlingham Club refurb, new works at the All-England Lawn Tennis Club to upgrade the Court 1 members bar, and tenders with the Royal Academy of Arts and Grosvenor Estates.<\/p>\n
