{"id":6180,"date":"2025-06-24T13:46:54","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T13:46:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=6180"},"modified":"2025-06-24T13:46:54","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T13:46:54","slug":"partnerships-builder-keepmoat-names-new-chief-executive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/partnerships-builder-keepmoat-names-new-chief-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Partnerships builder Keepmoat names new chief executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"937\">Partnerships house builder Keepmoat has promoted divisional chairman Ian Hoad to chief executive as Tim Beale steps down after eight years at the top.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"937\">Beale said: \u201cAfter careful consideration, I have taken the decision that the time is right for me to step down as CEO.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"937\">&#8220;I am delighted that the board has appointed Ian Hoad, Divisional Chairman for Scotland, the North East, and Yorkshire East to be my successor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1218\">Hoad, who rejoined Keepmoat in 2009 after an earlier five-year stint, has held a series of senior roles including technical director, regional MD before taking the divisional chairman role.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1218\">He will officially take over as CEO on July 1.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1756\">Hoad said he was \u201cincredibly proud\u201d to take the top job and lead Keepmoat through its next phase of growth.
