Partnerships house builder Keepmoat has promoted divisional chairman Ian Hoad to chief executive as Tim Beale steps down after eight years at the top.<\/p>\n

Beale said: \u201cAfter careful consideration, I have taken the decision that the time is right for me to step down as CEO.<\/p>\n

“I am delighted that the board has appointed Ian Hoad, Divisional Chairman for Scotland, the North East, and Yorkshire East to be my successor.<\/p>\n

Hoad, who rejoined Keepmoat in 2009 after an earlier five-year stint, has held a series of senior roles including technical director, regional MD before taking the divisional chairman role.<\/p>\n

He will officially take over as CEO on July 1.<\/p>\n

Hoad said he was \u201cincredibly proud\u201d to take the top job and lead Keepmoat through its next phase of growth. He added: \u201cOur differentiated partnership model has proven resilient\u2026 I look forward to continuing to work with our public and private sector partners.\u201d<\/p>\n
