Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has acquired commercial roof refurbishment systems specialist HD Sharman Group Ltd.<\/p>\n
The latest deal by construction services group PTSG adds the \u00a318m-turnover company\u00a0 to its expanding portfolio of firms.<\/p>\n
HD Sharman Group helps organisations extend the life of their building assets and represents a strategic expansion of PTSG\u2019s current roofing operation NSS which is the the UK\u2019s largest provider of commercial roof cleaning, maintenance and reactive repairs.<\/p>\n
