{"id":6316,"date":"2025-07-01T08:46:56","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T08:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/?p=6316"},"modified":"2025-07-01T08:46:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T08:46:56","slug":"dalkia-lands-200m-nuclear-maintenance-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cita.co.uk\/news\/dalkia-lands-200m-nuclear-maintenance-deal\/","title":{"rendered":"Dalkia lands \u00a3200m nuclear maintenance deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dalkia UK has been awarded a \u00a3200m facilities management deal on eight\u00a0 nuclear power stations operated by parent company EDF.<\/p>\n<p>The contract covers a broad spectrum of services including mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric and grounds upkeep, industrial services, catering, waste\u00a0 management and office support services.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the deal around 1,000 employees based at Dungeness B, Hartlepool, Heysham 1 &amp; 2, Hinkley Point B, Hunterston B, Sizewell B and Torness power stations will join the Facilities Division of Dalkia UK.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"462809\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftinyurl.com%2F3m4thdsw%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/SS PressureTest+ 300_250px.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mark Hartley, MD, EDF Nuclear Operations, said: \u201cI am grateful for the positive engagement of the Facilities Management teams working on EDF\u2019s existing nuclear power stations in the UK.
