Eric Wright Civil Engineering has promoted Gavin Hulme to managing director, replacing Diane Bourne who is stepping down after 15 years at the helm.<\/p>\n

Hulme, who has been with Eric Wright since 2000, was promoted from operations director, a role he\u2019s held since 2016.<\/p>\n

A Chartered Civil Engineer, he brings nearly 30 years\u2019 industry experience to the top job.<\/p>\n

Diane Bourne, who joined the group in 1995, will remain as group technical director.<\/p>\n

The civils division currently employs over 60 staff and is riding high with a strong order book stretching well into 2026.<\/p>\n

Hulme said: \u201cThanks to Diane\u2019s leadership, the company is in an excellent position with one of its strongest workloads.<\/p>\n
