Group cash ended the year at \u00a3118m, with zero borrowings drawn on its \u00a3220m revolving credit facility.<\/p>\n
Operating profit jumped to \u00a385m (2024: \u00a352.8m), helped by stronger margins at Hill Residential and improved performance at Hill Partnerships, especially in the London and Special Projects regions.<\/p>\n

The group invested \u00a378m in new land during the year, securing strategic options on over 6,000 homes, while land and work in progress values ballooned to \u00a3639m.<\/p>\n
Joint venture activity remains central to Hill\u2019s strategy, with seven live investment partnerships including regeneration schemes in Cambridge, South Cambridgeshire, Harlow and Basingstoke.<\/p>\n

Its full-year private homes order book is already 40% secured.<\/p>\n
Chairman Andrew Hill said the company\u2019s mix of tenures, strong balance sheet and partnership approach left it \u201cwell positioned to make the most of market conditions in years to come, whatever they may bring.\u201d<\/p>\n
