Social housing procurement specialist Prosper has picked 34 firms for its next-generation \u00a31bn nationwide energy efficiency retrofit framework.<\/p>\n

The four-year deal covers decarbonisation and investment works to domestic and public buildings across 10 English and Welsh regions, with up to 10 firms appointed per lot.<\/p>\n

Firms will deliver PAS 2035-compliant energy efficiency upgrades including heat pumps, insulation, solar PV, windows, boilers, kitchens, bathrooms, and wider refurbishment works.<\/p>\n

It is designed to deliver works supported through the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Social Housing Decarbonisation fund and ECO4 works.<\/p>\n

\u201cFollowing the successful implementation and delivery of our first decarbonisation retrofit framework and consultation with existing clients, this new major framework will not only create greater value by combining decarbonisation works together with cyclical investment works, it also provides efficiency in the delivery of programmes and minimises disruption for residents whilst major works are being undertaken within their homes.<\/p>\n
