HG Construction has bagged its first Birmingham scheme after being picked by Fusion Group to deliver a 622-bed purpose-built student accommodation job on Bristol Road.<\/p>\n

The scheme will rise across four blocks ranging from eight to 17 storeys, and includes a wellness zone, two-storey gym, basketball court and landscaped gardens.<\/p>\n

The project marks a significant step in Fusion\u2019s plan to expand its 11,000-bed pipeline with high-end student schemes in top-tier university cities.<\/p>\n

The job is a milestone for HG as it extends its reach across the UK, having already established a presence in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle in recent years.<\/p>\n
