GRAHAM has been confirmed as main contractor for the \u00a3110m transformation of the former Boddingtons Brewery site in central Manchester.<\/p>\n

Work will start this summer after Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, secured Gateway 2 approval under the Building Safety Act for the scheme.<\/p>\n

The 1.25-acre brownfield site will sontain a new residential community delivering 505 new mixed-tenure homes adjacent to the Manchester College digital and creative campus.<\/p>\n

The buildings will feature a traditional brick fa\u00e7ade, aluminium windows and Juliet balconies, reflecting the industrial heritage of the area.<\/p>\n
