She previously held senior finance posts at Southern Water and UK Power Networks, bringing over 20 years\u2019 experience in regulated industries.<\/p>\n<p>She becomes part of BAM\u2019s UK and Ireland leadership team and will report directly to de Pater in his new role at the helm of the group\u2019s finances.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"127094\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fawkesandreecepartner.co.uk%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/mclaren gif.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Farrell-Black said: \u201cI\u2019m excited to be part of BAM, an organisation that places sustainability and people at the heart of everything it does.
