The Metropolitan Police Service has kicked off early market engagement ahead of launching a \u00a3300m building works and maintenance framework.<\/p>\n

The Mayor\u2019s Office for Policing and Crime is leading the procurement process for the multi-lot framework, which will cover construction, repair and associated services across the MPS estate.<\/p>\n

Interested firms have until 9 August to complete a supply market feedback questionnaire via the Coupa e-tender portal.<\/p>\n

Their input will help shape the framework’s lotting strategy and scope before the main procurement is launched.<\/p>\n

The full tender is expected to go live in mid-October and will be run as a competitive flexible procedure under the new Procurement Act 2023.<\/p>\n

The framework is due to start in February 2026 and will run for just under six years, with an option to extend to early 2032.<\/p>\n
