It was previously due for completion in 2026 but will now run to the 2027\u201328 academic year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"1040\">Bridgend County Borough Council leaders said the scheme will boost capacity and introduce modern facilities including a library, coffee shop, and potentially a swimming pool, alongside two five-bedroom residential blocks and a replacement care facility for Harwood House.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1488\">Kier beat three rivals to land the design stage.
