Kier has promoted Rebecca Boundy to managing director of Clients and Markets in its Construction business, bolstering the senior leadership team.<\/p>\n

The move comes as the firm looks to strengthen its position across key sectors including education, healthcare, defence and justice following major project wins this year.<\/p>\n

Boundy, who joined Kier in 2015, was previously public sector director.<\/p>\n

She led preconstruction on HMP Five Wells and oversaw three Alliances for the Ministry of Justice during her time as justice sector director.<\/p>\n

She will now head up Kier Construction\u2019s expert team of sector directors and strategic bid team, helping drive future growth and client delivery.<\/p>\n

Her promotion follows a string of recent wins for Kier including the \u00a3684m HMP Glasgow scheme, a \u00a3123m teaching and learning facility at the University of Southampton, and a spot on Pagabo\u2019s \u00a3814m Facilities Management framework.<\/p>\n
