The school\u2019s 1960s-era buildings will be flattened to make way for a new three-storey teaching block, separate sports hall and multi-use games area.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"814\">The existing Vocational Centre will be retained, with the rest of the site undergoing phased redevelopment to keep the school operational. Completion is expected by autumn 2028.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"814\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"476434\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.reg.buzz%2Foffsite-expo-2025%2Fconstructionenquirer%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/offsite expo MPU.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"961\">The scheme was selected for funding through the Government\u2019s School Rebuilding Programme in 2022 due to the poor condition of existing buildings.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1007\">Ilkley Grammar School \u2013 \u00a352m green light<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-07-25-at-09.30.41.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-499981\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-07-25-at-09.30.41.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"888\" height=\"642\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1281\">In West Yorkshire, B+K will also deliver a \u00a352m overhaul of Ilkley Grammar School after Bradford planners backed the project. The scheme will replace ageing sports and teaching blocks with new net-zero carbon buildings, including a pool, games areas and a new sports hall.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1281\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"474739\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbrilliantideasltd.co.uk%2Falimats%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/6507-BI---Alimats-MPU---Constuction-Enquirer_01_s2.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1519\">The Marshall Building will be refurbished, while Armitage and Bronte blocks will remain. The 9,000m\u00b2 rebuild maintains the 1,972-pupil capacity and is set to consolidate the 16-building campus into a modern, accessible education estate.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1573\">Rosedale College, Hillingdon \u2013 \u00a351m Bouygues win<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/rosedale-college.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-499983\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/rosedale-college.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"628\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1803\">Bouygues UK will lead the \u00a351m transformation of the Rosedale College site in Hillingdon, London. The project includes demolitions, two new buildings, new sports fields, MUGAs, dining and social canopies, and new infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"2003\">The rebuild replaces outdated 1960s structures and will deliver modern teaching and sports facilities under the School Rebuilding Programme.
