Development manager Bankfoot APAM has submitted a planning application to Warrington Borough Council for the regeneration of a major local logistics site.<\/p>\n

The 14-acre site at Hawleys Lane is currently occupied by 375,000 sq ft of outdated logistics floorspace.<\/p>\n

Under new plans it will will be transformed into four energy-efficient, future-ready employment units totalling 295,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n

Andy Day, Senior Director at Bankfoot APAM said: \u201cThis is a rare opportunity to regenerate a strategic brownfield employment site with modern logistics space designed for the future economy.<\/p>\n

“Our proposals have been designed to support local jobs, reduce carbon impact, and enhance the urban environment around Hawleys Lane.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the imminent departure of the existing occupier, Great Bear, the proposals ensure that the site continues to provide high-value employment opportunities in an upgraded, environmentally conscious format.<\/p>\n

Bankfoot APAM is delivering the project alongside a leading multidisciplinary team, including AEW Architects, Savills, Rihbell, HTS, CWC, Pegasus Group, and Urban Green.<\/p>\n
