If approved, construction will begin later this year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"762\">\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a data-ad-id=\"494661\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbrand-accesssolutions.com%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/brand slower ezgif.com-animated-gif-maker.gif\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"945\">The JV has also lined up a further 298 plots for future delivery as part of the wider masterplan, which includes infrastructure, schools, public open space, and community amenities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1095\">This marks the third time Vistry and Kier Property have joined forces on a major mixed-tenure housing scheme, building on their growing partnership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1382\">Trevor Wicks, managing director at Vistry Thames Valley, said: \u201cThis acquisition marks a pivotal step in our partnership with Kier Property.
