light for Bristol Brabazon over-station office block"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>YTL Developments has secured planning for a landmark eight-storey office building at its major Brabazon regeneration scheme on the former Filton Airfield site in North Bristol.<\/p>\n<p>The 120,000 sq ft Grade A block will be built directly above the new staffed ticket office for Brabazon Station, which BAM is presently building.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by AHR Architects, the building will meet best-in-class ESG and digital connectivity standards including EPC A, BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5* and WiredScore \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to start by late 2025 and complete in early 2028 with YTL Construction UK \u2013 the developer\u2019s in-house arm \u2013 set to deliver the and active travel facilities for cyclists and runners.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/station-square-office-building-at-brabazon.jpg\"><img alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The new commercial building is part of YTL Developments\u2019s approved masterplan for Brabazon, which includes up to 6,500 new homes, 2,000 beds of student accommodation, and 86 acres of public squares, parks and playing fields.<\/p>\n<p>Over 3.7m sq ft of commercial and space will support up to 30,000 jobs, while over \u00a3100 million
