Polypipe owner Genuit Group has acquired heating and ventilating products specialist Monodraught in a deal worth \u00a355.6m.<\/p>\n

Monodraught is a leading provider of sustainable commercial ventilation solutions focussed on the UK education sector.<\/p>\n

Latest accounts for the year to December 31 2024 show a turnover of \u00a317.3m generating a pre-tax profit of \u00a32.7m.<\/p>\n

Monodraught will now become part of Genuit’s Climate Management Solutions (\u2018CMS\u2019) Business Unit alongside existing ventilation brands, Nuaire and Domus.<\/p>\n

Monodraught\u2019s range of low-carbon heating and cooling technologies is aligned with Genuit\u2019s focus on climate change adaptation and mitigation.<\/p>\n
